Production and Quality Control:
Characterized our varity production of high quality production, produced by modern and sophisticated computerized plants & technology. All the scales are controlled by computer technology that beats the ordinary way and avoid completely any human errors in the rates of raw materials such as cement, sand, gravel, water and add mixture chemicals, or any errors in the quantities supplied for the client.As you are aware, the requirements for the production of distinctive concrete with high quality in Makkah requires precautions to pour in hot weather. The ambient temperature reaches (45) ° C in Makkah. We have equipped all our batch plants with Chillers to control water temperature used for mixing, up (14) ° C to produce excellent mix within the specified temperature at the casting site, not exceeding (28-35) ° C and to avoid adding water in site by the contractors. As well, we have full coverage of fine & course Gravel, with iron hangers umbrellas and concrete walls sides to isolate it from the heat of the sun. We also have sand washers in all our plants to remove fine & clay debris & get good sand equivalent, for quality production.
Our Quality Control Laboratory equipped with all the equipment for concrete tests, the quality of raw materials ( Gravel, Sand …etc) as well as slump test in site and test the strength of concrete sampling of cubes & cylinders.
Our Quality Control Laboratory has a good experience engineers & Technicians, in the laboratories of ready-mixed concrete for more than (25 years). Design a different Mix Design according to customer requirements.
The Material Engineers carry out full quality tests on raw materials periodically according to the American standards & specifications testing materials as follows:
- Check on the water coolers and temperature during production.
- Weekly check on the mixing water to determine the degree of (PH) and the amount of (TDS).
- Check on the cubes and cylinders moulds to be sure of matured water And equipped to conduct stress tests on them.
- Monthly check for sites supplying sand and gravel and to ensure their conformity with the specifications.
- Weekly check for certificates of cement factories and their conformity to specifications.
- Periodic inspection per Bottle to each supplying of additional materials and the conformity to specifications.
- Check the material humidity during the rainy season and adjusting accordingly the amount of mixing water for concrete.
- Carry out strength tests (7) days and twenty-eight days and keep the results in the record for a period of (5) years benefit the customer in case of required.
